Byte Construct achieved a significant transformation at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre in Clarkson, successfully enhancing the retail landscape through 3 additional tenancy modifications. The former Woolworths store underwent a comprehensive makeover, dividing the retail and back of house into three separate tenancies, one of which is now the eagerly awaited TK Maxx store. Negotiating challenges such as constrained access through a shared loading dock, our team demonstrated exceptional logistical finesse, ensuring uninterrupted operations for neighbouring tenants. Byte also reached the challenging early separable portion handover date for TK Maxx, thus ensuring the target opening date was successfully achieved.
Despite delays in procuring mechanical equipment, proactive collaboration with the client enabled us to implement alternative work sequences, safeguarding the project timeline.
