Valued at $2.1 million, the project involved transforming an existing office tenancy into a contemporary, functional workplace tailored to the operational and professional needs of a legal practice.
The scope of works included a complete internal demolition, removing all existing partitions, finishes, and building services to enable a considered new layout. The new fit‑out features a series of individual offices designed to achieve acoustic privacy while maintaining a refined and professional aesthetic. A premium boardroom was delivered with modern finishes and integrated technology to support client meetings and collaboration.
Additional works included the installation of a new kitchen and breakout area, complemented by upgraded lighting, floor coverings, and ceiling systems throughout the tenancy.
