Byte Construct has commenced works on the Stockland Halcyon Wildflower Land Lease Community facilities (LLC) site in Piara Waters.
The site is being developed to provide a new Land Lease community tailored for over 55’s. As part of the works Byte have been contracted to construct the Welcome Centre, Clubhouse and Wellbeing Centre buildings.
The Welcome Centre building is being constructed first on a fast-tracked program to enable a sales experience on the site of the future over 55s community. The Clubhouse will incorporate shared social spaces including BBQ facilities, a dining room, and a family entertaining area. The Wellness Centre comprises of a new semi-covered outdoor pool, spa, gym, sauna and steam rooms, treatment room, cinema and a hairdressers.
The overall development requires coordination of access, egress and deliveries with all other contractors working on the wider community, including daily coordination meetings with the civil and residential contractors so that works progress independently and free from any associated risks.
