Byte secured a contract with Perth Airport Proprietary Ltd (PAPL) to Design and Construct an industrial warehouse occupied by tenant, Air Radiators at 44 Fawcett Crescent, Perth Airport.
The project included the construction of a 1,200sqm warehouse, 840sqm wash bay, complemented by an adjoining single-storey office space of 340sqm. Designed by @Modus Design. The design also incorporated ancillary covered areas, external pavements, and parking amenities. Given the absence of any infrastructure to the site, the contract involved designing and constructing necessary services, including stormwater drainage, HV & LV power, sewerage, and street light relocation, as well as connecting new pipework and services to the existing networks. The project also incorporated the design and construct of specialised water treatment plant for the treatment of tenant-produced contaminated water, prior to sewer disposal.
