Tasked with converting an old Kmart store into three mini and major tenancies, Byte Construct carried out substantial structural upgrades to the shared loading dock, entry openings, and increased slab loadings.
The project encompassed major aspects such as total mechanical system replacement, electrical infrastructure revamp, structural reinforcement using carbon fibre straps, expanded mall space with terrazzo tiles, new ceilings and lighting, and wet fire upgrades alongside an ALDI store fit-out.
