Byte Construct was chosen by Main Roads for the prestigious Matagarup Bridge Climb and Zip Line project. The 314-step bridge climb leads to a sky view platform, where visitors can zip line to Burswood Park foreshore.
The project involved coordinating a 3D scan for structural steelwork fabrication, installing a 400m zip line over the Swan River, and constructing a landing platform with concrete bases and steel decking.
Challenges included working at heights, protecting the public, and ensuring accuracy in sizing and fabrication.
