Byte has successfully completed the first phase of the Link @ Langley refurbishment project at 99 Adelaide Terrace (Hyatt Centre) in Perth.
The development features a series of key upgrades, including a redesigned Terrace Road entrance to enhance accessibility and aesthetics, as well as the installation of an escalator and platform lift for improved convenience.
The level two foyer has also undergone significant improvements in preparation for the future addition of a modern gymnasium and childcare centre. Additionally, the project incorporated updated services infrastructure to ensure the complex met contemporary standards.
Throughout the refurbishment process, Byte effectively coordinated with existing tenants such as Hyatt Hotel and Fortescue Metals Group, showcasing the company’s commitment to seamless execution and maintaining tenant satisfaction.
