Our scope included removing the existing curtain wall facade, installing new tiling and concrete parapet on the balcony/roof, and adding glazed fencing with stainless steel handrails.
We accommodated a fully occupied office by installing acoustic barriers and an access door. The roof area featured a new screed with existing hydraulics and enhanced lighting, including handrail lighting.
The project successfully managed out-of-hours deliveries and noisy works in a tenanted building, adhering to heightened safety measures for working at height.
