Campus Perth Floors

Byte Construct successfully delivered the completion of the remaining shell floors at Campus Perth, located at 80 Stirling Street, to meet the growing demand for affordable student accommodation.

Originally renovated in 2019, the building had three floors—levels 3, 4, and 7—left in a ‘cold shell’ format due to delays caused by COVID-19 restrictions. Once market conditions stabilised and the building reached near full occupancy, Neoscape engaged Byte Construct to finalise these floors, enabling the accommodation complex to fully realise its potential as a vibrant hub for Perth’s student population.

The project scope included upgrades to existing base build services to accommodate increased occupancy loads, the construction of a new laundry facility on level 7, and the fit-out of student accommodation. The completed works provided six room types, totalling 190 beds across the three levels. Each floor was equipped with a communal kitchen, bookable meeting and office spaces, and electronic access to all rooms and individual bedrooms within communal suites, ensuring security and peace of mind for occupants.

This project further enhanced Campus Perth’s ability to provide modern, functional, and secure living spaces, cementing its position as a premier destination for students in the heart of the city.
