Our team at Byte Construct upgraded the plaza and lobby to maintain its A-grade office status while adding new tenancies to create an inviting restaurant and informal meeting area.
The project involved demolition, repair work, and introducing external ground floor tenancies with decorative elements. The lobby refurbishment included new ceilings, feature walls, a concierge desk, and full-height glazing.
Throughout the project, our priority was to maintain access to the building for the public and tenants, ensuring a safe environment and minimising disruption.
