Byte Construct recently completed the exceptional new corporate office for Minderoo in the iconic Swan Brewery.
The project faced multiple challenges, such as extensive demolition within a heritage-listed building, restrictive access resolved by an external hoist, exclusive apartments and restaurants surrounding the site, and latent conditions like lead paint and insufficient documentation of the existing building.
Working closely with the design team and client, Byte Construct pieced together a unique corporate environment that successfully addressed these challenges.
Key highlights of the project include a new interconnecting staircase between floors, a high level of finishes throughout the office, casual and formal meeting spaces for diverse collaboration, and a working environment that genuinely reflects the values of Minderoo.
