Byte has completed the construction and refurbishment contract at St Michael’s Catholic Primary School in Brunswick, delivered for the Catholic Education Western Australia (CEWA).
The scope of works included:
All works were carried out within a live school environment, with a strong emphasis on safety and minimal disruption. This was achieved by hard separation strategies between the works and the school environment as well as ensuring all material deliveries are being scheduled outside of peak drop-off and pick-up times for school patrons.
In alignment with the Shire of Harvey’s environmental regulations, Byte ensured responsible waste disposal and sustainable construction practices. These measures were integrated into our approved Project Management Plan, which was successfully executed throughout the project lifecycle.
The project was delivered on time and within budget, resulting in a high-quality outcome for CEWA and the broader school community.
