Byte Construct have completed the contract for construction and extension works at the Esplanade Hotel Bottle Shop in Busselton in November 2024.
Works comprised of the extension of the northern side of the existing drive-through bottle shop, with sections of demolition and construction of a new timber and steelwork addition to the building. Access and uninterrupted trading for 50% of the licenced premises was required to be maintained throughout the project duration which required careful planning and staging of the works. As a result of this planning process, the extension works were completed in a manner that ensured complete safety for the patrons and staff of the trading facility. This was achieved by hard separation strategies between the works and the public environment. Furthermore, Byte programmed for large material deliveries and construction (such as delivery and erection of structural steelwork) to be scheduled outside of peak trading hours for patrons, with some out of hours works also implemented.
Works were on time and on budget and we take pride in delivering a high-quality end product for Esplanade Hotel and all patrons of the trading facility.
