Byte Construct have recently completed the fit out for Savills Project Management consultancy’s relocation to the seventh floor at Westralia Square 2. This fast-track project consisted of high end feature ceilings, new wellness, meeting and office spaces as well as bespoke joinery installation and acoustic linings throughout.
Service modifications were also undertaken to upgrade the base-build design to accommodate the new layout and floor loadings. Further works included feature vinyl and carpet finishes as well as security access control incorporated into the existing base build system.
The project was completed with existing tenant operations adjacent being well considered, with any noisy works and services shutdowns managed out of hours, to ensure minimum inconvenience to existing stakeholders. The works were completed on time and on budget within eight weeks of project commencement.
