Byte teamed up with Myer to modernize the ground floor of the Forest Chase store, with a focus on reinvigorating the Myer brand and enhancing the customer experience. The multi-phase project encompassed a range of improvements: from demolishing outdated elements and installing a blend of timber and tile flooring, to optimizing lighting and constructing new fitting rooms. We also upgraded existing beauty rooms and essential services.
Despite the operational challenges of keeping the store open throughout the project, our team collaborated seamlessly with Myer and specialized consultants. We adhered to a strict timeline, ensuring each phase was completed on schedule and met quality standards.
