Following the completion of Woolworths’ new store in Clarkson, AMP then moved forward with retrofitting the former Woolworths tenancy at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre.
Byte was entrusted with the responsibility of carrying out the de-fit, upgrading existing base-build services, and reconfiguring the space to accommodate incoming tenants. AMP ensured an early handover of these retail spaces to facilitate fit-out works by others and ensure trading begins as per the agreements between tenants and Centre Management.
The project is now complete at a cost of $5 million. This endeavor reinforces Byte’s successful track record at Ocean Keys Shopping Centre, demonstrating our expertise and unwavering commitment to delivering high-quality results for our clients within the retail sector.
