Byte Construct was awarded the task of building Canning Vale College’s Education Support facility by BMW. This single-storey steel-framed structure features brick veneer and houses high-spec classrooms, sensory room, therapy spaces, administration, kitchen, and amenities.
The external space boasts landscaping, a bike store, basketball courts, walkways, car parks, and artwork by Alister Yiap. Constructed in a live school environment, Byte prioritised safety by employing separation strategies and traffic management solutions, preventing disruptions to school operations.
The facility eliminates the need for students to travel far for support, offering high-quality educational and personal care. Byte’s efficient collaboration with clients and consultants led to an on-budget project, exceeding expectations.
