Kellie is a senior construction professional with over 20 year’s experience delivering complex projects across the commercial, aviation, industrial, education, health, and heritage sectors in Australia and the UK. Kellie was part of the Byte team from 2014 to 2020, developing a strong foundation across contracts administration and project management roles on a diverse range of technically complex projects. Following this period, she broadened her experience through senior project management and delivery roles with other organisations. In 2026, Kellie returned to the Byte team with enhanced leadership capability, commercial acumen, and governance experience. Kellie is recognised for her structured and disciplined approach to project delivery, strong stakeholder management capability, and ability to lead teams within complex and high-risk environments. She consistently delivers projects to programme and budget while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and risk management.
