Glen brings more than 25 years of construction industry experience joining Byte Construct at its beginning. He has established a strong foundation in project delivery, with a consistent focus on quality and timely execution across sectors including commercial, industrial, government, refurbishment, and fit-out.
Over the course of his career, Glen has steadily advanced into senior leadership roles, culminating in his promotion to Director of Operations in August 2024. Before this, he served as Construction Manager, overseeing major projects such as Link @ Langley, Waterford Plaza, and the Morley Recreation Centre. His leadership is defined by his unwavering commitment to high-quality results and meeting client expectations.
As a Registered Builder in WA, Glen leads with a focus on hard work and consistency. He is dedicated to supporting the Byte team in upholding the company’s high standards, and he takes pride in its continued growth and the long-term relationships built with clients.
