We are proud to share our involvement in the exciting redevelopment of the Rendezvous Hotel on Mount Street, Perth, into purpose-built student accommodation.
This innovative project includes:
🔹 Modifying Levels 1-4 to create 103 additional beds in shared living arrangements, complete with shared kitchenettes on each level.
🔹 Transforming the ground floor to an enhanced communal living with a new kitchen and dining area, an upgraded laundry, and converting former conference spaces into a community hub and entertainment areas.
🔹 Adding a music room, wellness space, and new toilet facilities, ensuring a balance of leisure and well-being spaces.
🔹 Developing a new bike store in the basement carpark for student convenience.
The project also involves significant infrastructure upgrades:
Installing fire hydrants in stairwells.
Replacing outdated electrical distribution boards.
Upgrading air conditioning systems for improved comfort and efficiency.
