Byte are thrilled to share that Phase 4 of our transformative project is well underway at the Village Green!
The vision for the precinct is to create a more unified space, enhancing the overall experience for the Waterford and the surrounding community. The ongoing enhancements are designed to increase public utilisation of current seating areas, providing a perfect backdrop for local food and beverage establishments to thrive, with the addition of extra covered alfresco seating.
Visitors will soon enjoy a revamped layout that not only prioritises aesthetic appeal but also opens up exciting opportunities for future pop-up events hosted by the Centre. The project also includes the fit-out of five existing vacant food and beverage spaces, setting the stage for new occupants and increasing choice for patrons.
