Byte Construct’s Supermarket Stunner – IGA Foodies at East Perth’s ‘Link at Langley’
Byte Construct celebrates the successful completion of the IGA Foodies Supermarket at the Link at Langley complex in East Perth precinct. Following our base-build construction works, the 12-week fit-out journey delivered a brand new modern turn-key trading supermarket complete with full services installation including mechanical, refrigeration, electrical, fire, and security systems—all aligned meticulously with IGA design specifications.
Beyond constructing a supermarket, Byte Construct played a pivotal role in enhancing accessibility for adjacent offices and Hyatt hotel patrons. We installed new travelators, escalators, lifts, and refurbished stairs, creating multiple entry points that seamlessly integrate with the overall Link at Langley precinct project.
Working collaboratively with Foodies, experienced operators of multiple IGA stores in WA, Byte Construct tailored the supermarket’s design to meet their specific needs. This project not only showcases our construction prowess but also our dedication to understanding and realising our client’s vision.
