Byte is proud to announce being awarded the contract for constructing the new Jewish Community Centre in Yokine for Maccabi WA. The site on Woodrow Avenue has served the community since 1952. The project, funded by State and Federal Governments and Jewish Community donations, involves demolishing the old building and constructing a new development, including a Holocaust Education Centre, youth group wing, and other facilities.

Designed by Carabiner Architects, the new centre will offer a range of amenities such as a community café, function hall, lecture theatre, youth wing, and childcare centre. The landscape strategy focuses on preserving existing trees and promoting sustainable redevelopment initiatives.

This significant project aims to provide a welcoming space for education, inclusivity, well-being, and community for the Jewish community of Western Australia. Byte looks forward to delivering a successful outcome for Maccabi and the Jewish community.
