Byte recently collaborated with Savills Project Management to deliver the fit-out of their new Perth CBD offices at Level 7 Westralia Square Building.
Our team executed a comprehensive transformation of the base build floor plate, preserving the existing ceiling grid and tiles, whilst implementing distinctive features and strategically placing partitions for meeting, wellness, storage, and office areas.
Diverse flooring materials defined specific work areas, and we also integrated new joinery, acoustic linings, workstations, and alterations to base building services, to suit the revised layout. Aesthetic enhancements included extensive painting, signage, window film, and room identification to provide an efficient work environment.
Security measures were upgraded with new access control linked to the existing SEME system. Rigorous commissioning, defect rectification, and staff training ensured the project’s success, showcasing Byte’s commitment to a quality outcome.
