We’re thrilled to announce that Byte Construct has been awarded the Arena Lap Pool Redevelopment project at Joondalup Arena for VenuesWest. This project represents a significant investment in replacing the existing 50m lap pool, which had reached the end of its serviceable life, thus maintaining its standing as a premier community facility.
The scope includes:
✅ Demolition & removal of the existing 50m pool structure.
✅ Construction of a new 10 lane 50m tiled concrete pool with inclusive features including a disabled access ramp and swim wall.
✅ Grandstand Modifications for enhanced access and safety.
✅ Pool Hall Extensions, Access Improvements for improved functionality and aesthetics.
✅ Upgrades to Mechanical and HVAC systems to deliver up to date services efficiencies.
✅ Adult Changing Facilities & Official Areas Refurbishment to elevate user experience and accessibility.
Delivered in a live operational environment, this project is a testament to our expertise in tackling complex redevelopments while prioritising work health and safety and minimising disruptions to patrons & staff.
