Byte is pleased to announce the successful completion of the prestigious Fraser Suites Perth Refurbishment project, focusing on the ground floor lobby, restaurant, and bar areas.
This comprehensive hospitality fit-out involved the removal of existing restaurant furnishings, carpets, and cabinetry, followed by the installation of new cabinetwork, including buffet and coffee stations, waiter stations, concierge desk, banquette seating, and bespoke room dividers. The project also encompassed the re-lining of structural columns, lighting upgrades with new fixtures, and the installation of custom-designed inset rugs.
Additionally, Byte modified existing bar cabinetry, installed new custom curtains and window film, and supplied and installed specialty food service equipment. Key considerations for this project included meticulous management of long lead time items, value management for minor redesigns to meet budget targets, and adept navigation of the refurbishment within a live hotel/apartment complex.
Safety was a top priority throughout the project, ensuring that all work was conducted without compromising the wellbeing of hotel guests and staff. Byte remained committed to executing the project seamlessly, minimising disruption and ensuring a smooth transition during the fit-out process.
The new foyer now features a bright and modern restaurant and bar area that is welcoming to both hotel guests and visitors alike.
