Francoise is a highly experienced construction and project management professional with more than 30 years in the industry, spanning design, consultancy, client-side, and contracting. His architectural background and multidisciplinary exposure enable him to deliver complex projects with creativity, precision, and strategic insight. Starting his career in South Africa, he spent 12 years in the Middle East, managing high-profile projects.
Relocating to Australia in 2014, Francoise has led retail construction initiatives as State Construction Manager for Woolworths Limited, successfully delivering 20–30 projects annually with tight budgets and timelines. Following this he worked as an independent consultant, providing project expertise to clients, consultants, and contractors. Francoise is known for his innovative problem-solving, collaborative leadership, and commitment to safe, profitable project outcomes.
