Byte Construct is proud to reflect on the successful delivery of Stacks 1 and 2, along with several tenancy fit outs, at the prestigious Link @ Langley mixed-use development in East Perth. This challenging yet rewarding project demonstrated the dedication and perseverance of Siva and the Byte team, who worked tirelessly to overcome obstacles and achieve exceptional outcomes.
Achievements in Phase 1:
✔️ A new entry point from Terrace Road featuring two escalators and a platform lift for improved accessibility
✔️ Upgrades to the Level Two foyer, preparing it as a cold shell for future gymnasium and childcare installations
✔️ Integration of new services infrastructure to support Stack One works and cold/warm shell tenancies
These works were undertaken in a live environment, requiring extensive coordination with the Hyatt Hotel and FMG. Through effective communication and strategic planning, the team ensured minimal disruption to tenants while maintaining seamless operations.
The Journey Continues:
Following the success of Stack One, Byte delivered Stack Two, transforming existing carparks and office spaces into retail outlets, food and beverage areas, a supermarket, and new office tenancies. The works also included a large Level Four extension and the installation of a stunning EFTE roof by Makmax.
The completion of these stages marks a significant milestone for Link @ Langley, which promises to reinvigorate East Perth with its unique blend of innovative commercial and lifestyle facilities.
