Byte Construct proudly led the transformation of Edith Cowan University (ECU) South West’s Bunbury Campus, rejuvenating Building One to establish the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) South-West.
This Design & Construct project was completed in three carefully planned stages, each addressing specific needs:
Stage A: A fresh and welcoming new staff room, entry foyer, open-plan office, and meeting spaces.
Stage B: Modernised meeting rooms designed to enhance collaboration and engagement.
Stage C: A refreshed Student Hub with new paintwork and a revamped entry door, creating a cohesive and inviting space.
Working on a live campus, safety was our top priority. By implementing stringent safety protocols and pre-planned access strategies, we ensured the well-being of students and staff throughout the project. Maintaining a clear separation between construction zones and the campus environment allowed us to deliver the project smoothly and securely.
Having ECU as a repeat client, Byte Construct was thrilled to contribute to the creation of a cutting-edge hub for health education, research, and collaboration. This project reflects our ongoing commitment to innovation, quality, and excellence in construction.
