She is highly skilled in preparing detailed take-offs, validating market pricing, and identifying scope gaps or inconsistencies throughout the tender process, helping clients achieve practical and commercially sound outcomes.
This depth of experience makes Kirsty ideally suited to her role as Bid Manager. Her expertise supports a seamless transition from tendering through to construction, improving workflow efficiency, strengthening project clarity, and contributing to successful delivery from award to completion.
