Byte Construct has successfully completed the transformation of the Village Green Shopping Centre precinct in Waterford, marking a significant milestone in community development. The project was focussed on revitalising the area into a bustling retail and hospitality hub, amplifying the existing centre’s appeal. Key focuses included enhancing pedestrian and vehicular access and upgrading public facilities along High Street, spanning from Kent Street to Walanna Drive.
These enhancements were meticulously executed to foster a cohesive environment and amplify the utilisation of existing seating areas, greatly benefiting local food and beverage establishments. The revamped layout promises an enhanced experience for customers and sets the stage for future pop-up events to be hosted by the Centre. Additionally, the project entailed the base-build fit-out of five previously vacant food and beverage spaces, now bustling with profiled hospitality/retail venues.
