Byte Construct is thrilled to spearhead the transformation of Edith Cowan University (ECU) South West’s Bunbury Campus, undertaking the renovation and refurbishment of Building 1 to establish the University Department of Rural Health (UDRH) South West.
This Design & Construct project is structured in three stages to seamlessly deliver the works in accordance with the client’s requirements.
In Stage A, we are breathing new life into the existing staff room, crafting an inviting entry foyer, open-plan office, two enclosed meeting spaces, and a revamped staff room. Stage B focuses on enhancing collaboration with the refurbishment of existing meeting rooms, creating two dynamic spaces. Lastly, Stage C encompasses painting works and the installation of a new entry door to the existing Student Hub, ensuring a cohesive and vibrant environment.
Working on a live site, Byte Construct prioritises the safety of students and staff, implementing meticulous safety measures, as well as pre-planned access and egress strategies. A commitment to maintaining a hard separation between our construction activities and the remainder of the campus underscores our dedication to a smooth and secure project execution.
With ECU as a repeat client, our team is excited to contribute to the realisation of a cutting-edge hub for health education, research, and collaboration.
