Byte is pleased to announce we have been awarded the prestigious Fraser Suites Perth Refurbishment project. The project will focus on the ground floor lobby, restaurant, and bar areas, all of which need a refresh!
The comprehensive scope involves the removal of existing restaurant furnishings, carpets, and cabinetry, followed by the installation of new cabinetwork, including buffet and coffee stations, waiter stations, concierge desk, banquette seating, and bespoke room dividers.
The project also encompasses the re-lining of structural columns, lighting upgrades with new fixtures and the installation of custom-designed inset rugs.
Additionally, Byte will modify existing bar cabinetry, install new custom curtains and window film, and supply and install specialty food service equipment. Notably, the coordination with the client’s nominated artist for an Artwall installation is in progress.
Key considerations for this project involve meticulous management of long lead time items, value management for minor redesigns to meet budget targets, and adept navigation of the refurbishment within a live hotel/apartment complex.
Byte is committed to executing the project seamlessly without affecting planned functions coinciding with the fit-out works.
This project will make a welcomed addition to the revitalisation of the eastern end of the CBD.
