This project encompassed the revitalisation of the existing Wellness Centre for Fortescue Metal Group employees, enhancing the space and creating a more conducive environment for the well-being activities.

The scope of the works entailed the installation of vinyl plank flooring in the newly designated studio area, giving it a modern and fresh appearance. Additionally, the kitchen area received a significant upgrade with the installation of new cabinetry and benchtops, enhancing functionality and aesthetics.

To transform the overall ambiance, a comprehensive painting process was undertaken, adding vibrant colours and a renewed atmosphere throughout the centre. New window coverings were added, allowing for better control of natural light and privacy.
To optimise the space and ensure a well-defined layout, new plasterboard and glass partition walls were put in place, which not only improved the organisation of different areas but also added a touch of elegance.

Considering the safety and efficiency of the facility, a service upgrade was implemented for fire, mechanical, and electrical systems. This included ensuring compliance to the latest safety regulations.

Through meticulous planning and execution, the rejuvenated wellness centre now offers FMG staff an inviting and refreshed space to engage in yoga and other wellbeing activities. The combination of upgraded amenities, enhanced aesthetics, and improved functionality has transformed the wellness centre into an ideal retreat for relaxation and self-improvement.
