Byte Construct recently completed a fit-out for a new mixed-use development in Nedlands, catering to up to 80 staff and embracing hybrid working trends.
The 1,000m2 area features workspaces, amenities, flexible meeting rooms, and an inviting kitchen hub to enhance the workplace environment. Coordination with base-build contractors working on Level 1 posed challenges, but a Construction Management contract with the client facilitated a smooth process.
Despite obstacles, the project delivered a stunning, functional, and future-proof workspace. Successfully completed on time and under budget, the result left the client highly satisfied.
