Byte overcame numerous challenges to successfully convert a 6000m2 Kmart unit at Ocean Keys into three smaller tenancies, during a pandemic, resource boom, and within a live shopping centre.
The project required five overnight crane lifts for Mechanical, Electrical, and Hydraulic services upgrades, as well as extensive night and structural works. The transformation involved a full de-fit to base build process, adapting each space for future occupants.
