Exciting progress is being made at St Matthew’s Anglican School, Yanchep, as Stage 1 of this new education precinct continues to advance.
This initial stage will deliver:
• A two-storey Early Learning Centre (ELC)
• A dedicated STEM and science building
• Sporting oval and associated infrastructure
Construction is on track for the school to welcome its foundation students in Term 1, 2027.
Key project milestones are coming together well, with:
✅ Structural steel installation to the ELC now 100% complete, with roof sheeting works underway
✅ STEM building slab completed, with works commencing on the structural steel
✅ Site works continuing across multiple fronts as the project gains momentum
